- Design proof will be sent via the email address provided
- Verify that spelling, text, color, and image is correct.
- Email us back with your approval of the design or indicate any changes to be made
- We will not print your item until we receive your approval
- Once item is printed no changes can be made (without additional cost)
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Order processing time will vary, according to the proof approval process.
Once you have approved your design, your item is printed & shipped within 2 business days.
SHIPPING
- FREE shipping via USPS First Class Mail
- You can expect to receive your shipment in approximately 5-7 days business days from date of proof approval
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost
- For expedited shipping, contact us before purchasing for a shipping cost
- Please verify that shipping address is correct as items are shipped to address provided at check-out
- We do not ship internationally.
TERMS OF SALE:
- No returns/refunds once item is printed, unless there was a printing error on our end
- If you feel that a printing error was made, contact us immediately and we will to try resolve the issue
- Please make sure you are happy with your design when we send the proof (before it is printed)
- Colors may slightly vary when printed depending on your computer monitor settings
- No exchanges/refunds based on color settings
ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS:
Our products are made by a graphic design process, using high resolution images, which are printed and heat pressed onto the surface of an ironclad sandstone coaster.
These coasters come with a divet so that they can easily fit into your car cup holder.
